Author Topic: Frustrated PRO-35 owner John Anastasio Master Film Handler Posts: 325 From: Trenton, NJ, USA Registered: Sep 2000 posted 04-28-2001 01:46 PM                        I have a Ballantyne that I bought from NTE last Winter with a bent sound drum shaft that I'd like to replace. More than a month ago, John Eickhof e-mailed me that it was ready to ship and I've been trying in vain for the past month to contact him both by e-mail and by phone to have it sent out, but my e-mails go unanswered as do my phone calls. Is he okay? Should I send condolences to the family? I just wanna get this thing off my workbench.  |  IP: Logged Paul G. I tried to reply to your e-mail and that didn't go through either, so I've reverted to the good ol' USPS. That mail server must really be pranged (good old Air Force terminology for the sound something makes when hit by a whirling propellor).
