(voltage and current) on a three-phase bridge. It is an I.R. 60 MT 120 K I have tried the International Rectifier pages that I could find and so far, no dice. I have also tried the local suppliers to no avail. If it's a tiny thing for something else then the following is nonsense. From the usual way IR numbers diodes - which may not apply to bridges - it may be 600V PIV and 120A. If that current makes any sense - seems like about right for a 3K lamp - then 600/120 may well be right. We use 600V PIV diodes and even 800V as replacements even though OEM parts are often 400V or less for smaller rectifiers.
