I would like to know if there is any standard grading of film for film inspection reports?. I have seen the TAP grading but it seems only to involve scratches and nothing to do with the problems operators find during inspection, ie- oily prints, edge damage, excessive/ poor splices ect? Does anyone have a template of a report that I could use?
