I have RGM Spats II automation in my theater. The cues are read by a laser that scans the middle of the film 1 cue makes lights go down 2 cues makes lights come up 4 cues makes lens/aperature change. 3 cues does nothing. I have a problem with end of show cue don't have any. Has any one seen this type of cue system. This is an old Cobb theater that was re-opened by Regal and now is owned by Phoenix Theaters. Any help would be greatly appreciated..

I would assume each of those cues comes to a seperate output terminal on the cue detector trace the one back to the spats and that should be the shut down

Is this the system where the cues are small squares of retroreflective tape (like 3M Scotchlite)?

Donald,
If you tell me the name of the cue detector I can tell you what to check. If it does not have a name is it gold with 2 arms that have rollers on the end of each? I have all the doc's and schematics for RGM and those failsafes, I use to work for Cobb.
