In one auditorium the cp input sensitivity settings are set at low level (btw some jumpers cut, why no normal jumpers?). In the other larger auditorium we have the same amplifiers, but here the jumpers are set at the high (factory) settings...

Can these jumper settings affect the sound quality when not correctly set to the amplifiers input sensitivity?

the output trims on many DOLBY products have a limited amount of gain adjustment so the jumpers allow you to match to the amps in question
