Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I wanted to thank Brad for attempting to set Technicolor straight in their boneheaded and dangerous ways. (I was just re-reading and refreshing my memory about Rachels brush with a technicolor reel)

Anyway, Thanks Brad, we all appreciate the effort.

Agreed but let us not confuse Technicolor issues with studio issues. Crappy reels? That's a legit Technicolor issue. Picking up your preview print and bringing back a different one two days later? Don't bitch to them; the studio orders it done that way. Chopping off our carefully argued over ID frames on a rejuvy print? Yep, make them understand the error of their ways. Not giving more than a glance to a print for "integrity inspection?" That's a studio issue. Tech can only do what they are paid to do. Can't expect them to work for free.
