Does anybody know if there's software or some kind of Excel spreadsheet around that will help me in scheduling shows?
What I'm looking for is something that will let me put in the length (time) of a movie with the time of the trailers and commercials so that i can calculate how long a show takes and how many time Ii got left for the next show.
I'm now planning on paper and it's a hideous task to do so every week.
I did a search on the forums but couldn't find if it was available somewhere.

Not neccesary any more. I found it on the managers forum ;-)
