Does anyone have a PDF of the manual for this piece of [puke] ?

It looks very similar to the infamous Super Platter , but not exactly the same.

If nobody has the manual, then would anyone know how interchangeble the parts between the Super Platter and the NSP-3 are?

Very interchangeable. Only the brain and disc hub design (the NSP's brains are removeable) and the discs (1/2" thick aluminum-covered honeycomb fiber with nylon bushings (prototypes) or dual needle bearings (production)), and the rollers (the smaller black or gray rollers compared to the SPP-3's white nylon rollers) are different. The wiring, variac, motors, and parts on the top of the brain are all the same, save for different color paint/plastic on some of the parts.

FWIW, the two new NSP3s I had installed in 1996 came with the SPP-3 manual.

Parts are still available from Dick Niccum at Lighting Images Technology.

Nope, Not removeable... They are screwed in with two screws.
