I work for Cineworld and pretty much most of us arent part of a union. I get the impression that the majority of the UGC projections are with one. The Broadcasting, Entertainment, Cinematograph & Theatre Union. Whether they will be of any use to you is open to debate. Also your employer might not recognise the union.
