Author Topic: Pink noise input Fred Tucker Film Handler Posts: 90 From: Sugar Land, TX Registered: Sep 2007 posted 11-23-2008 07:14 PM                     I've been looking at a Phonic PAA-3 for quick audio checks & I noticed it has a built-in pink noise generator. Trouble is the output is only -10dB. Is it possible to use this in a application that normally requires 0dB? Could I compare the SPL level between a 0db input and a -10dB input and use a relative measurement for quick checks?  |  IP: Logged Sam D. I normally borrow my tech's "pink" noise card, but would like to stop doing that.  |  IP: Logged
