He has sort of dropped out of sight over the last couple of years and I'm wondering if he has retired or is still working in the business. However, whomever was your dealer should be able to process the warranty claim. Note, Kinoton, like most other film projectors, are only warranted for 1-year. How old are your projectors/reflectors?
