I apologize in advance for the stupid question I should know the answer to:
Does all sound coming from left center and right channels pass through the respective eq card?
Meaning - no matter what the format is: DD, DTS, non-sync, mag etc - the sound is all affected by the corresponding cat.64b cards right?
thanks
PS I'm asking this because I recently changed the amp out from 200 per channel to 100 per channel. I ran a DTS print and noticed a significant drop in bass but not the high end. I'm sure this is because of a drop in current that could be corrected with some eq boost.
This is a home set up.

Different amps offer different circuity. Most of the times when you change one component in a chain you need to re eq. The fact that you used a lower power amp also might need that you need to adjust the output levels for the CP65 to get to the recomended settings. All EQ is passed from the EQ cards for all formats.
