Author Topic: Platter Issues Robert Carnino Film Handler Posts: 16 From: Hermitage, Pa/United States Registered: Feb 2010 posted 02-12-2010 02:40 PM                     I have a Potts Inc. Alpha platter system. My middle platter is wrapping films that seems to be cause by a wobbly deck. I have change decks and the problem still there. Welcome to Film-Tech... Yes. The axel nut is probably loose. Remove the cover where the platter lamp is at and the nut is up in there. I think 15/16" is the size... Use an open end wrench to tighten it. This is a very common problem on Strong/Potts Platters. Hope this helps...
