Has anyone experience powder coating project pedestals, specifically the Ballantyne 2500-B, which seems to have several heavy cast aluminum components? Any problems with sandblasting?

Cheers

Will: when Hadden was still cranking, we bead blasted, washed, and powder coated in house.

1. Blast away

2. Get it really clean

3. Bake it once without powder to get all oil out of the casting

4. Clean again

5. Powder coat. Louis
