I like the guys at Entertainment Services in Brisbane and they'd help you out, but there's also Edge Digital in Miranda. Current version software for out-of-warranty units (software warranty is 2 or 3 years?) costs a bit, US$50.00 list prices I believe, since it adds features and some of them are nice to have. I don't think they are necessarily cumulative though, possibly if you want adjustable sound delay time (to sync to a digital image) that's one upgrade and if you want 7.1 that's another.  |  IP: Logged Louis Bornwasser Film God Posts: 4441 From: prospect ky usa Registered: Mar 2005 posted 04-23-2013 08:47 AM                        Like all software, the newest one is not always better. If your unit is functional and you are happy, then leave it alone. Reminds me of the CP-500!
