Lately we've been having an intermittent problem with the up/down elevator not rising on command cue. Although it works 90 percent of the time, we just have the occasional glitch. The filter wheel spins normally and in sync on all shows and the up/down works ok on manual. The sensor seems fine although as far as I know that is for 3d sync and nothing to do with the elevator. All connections checked and fine.

The MasterImage manual regarding troubleshooting says that up/down faults be directed to tech support.

Any advice would be appreciated in any case if anyone has experienced this problem.

Since the topic was brought up:

How does the Master Image 3-D communicate with a Christie Solaria One? I guess the better question would be - what is the best way for a Christie Solaria One to communicate with a Master Image 3-D Machine. We have one hooked up at a location and it doesn't seem to accept any commands. Does it get the cues from the IMB?
