Author Topic: Kinoton Reverse-Scan-Soundhead LEDs Fabian Schreyer Film Handler Posts: 63 From: Aachen, Germany Registered: Feb 2009 posted 01-19-2015 03:59 PM                     After restructuring their business, Kinoton Germany seems at least to be a bit unreliable when it comes to delivering spare parts for their analogue projectors. At least they did not answer my emails regarding new LEDs for their reverse-scan-soundheads. Does anyone know a supplier for these LED-arrays? And does anyone have a clue, who the manufacturer of these things might have been?  |  IP: Logged Steve Guttag We forgot the crackers Gromit!!! I'm sure Kinoton would have sourced them from Dolby. Order from your local Dolby dealer. Kinoton only ever supplied the LEDs (in the USA) as part of the bracket assembly...which is a bit wasteful, in my opinion. How often has the aluminum gone bad? Note, Kelmar Systems also should have the LEDs raw.
