Posts: 325 From: Plano, TX, USA Registered: May 2000 posted 04-01-2009 03:47 PM                     The Angelika Film Center in Plano is seeking a Head Projectionist to ensure high quality presentations while overseeing a team of projection booth staff. Applicants should have experience with: • Running 35mm film • Able to properly build-up and tear-down prints as well as accurately change out trailers. • Experience working with video projectors and Audio/Visual equipment. • Perform quality checks and run Special Events. • Able to troubleshoot all booth related equipment. • Create a system of organization and tasks for the Projectionists and the Projection Booth with a strong follow-up, seeing to the completion of tasks. • Be able to work both independently and within a team setting while staying motivated. • Oversee policies and procedures in the Projection Booth. • Keep an open line of communication between management and projection booth staff.
