D3D Cinema is a Chicago-based company with a satellite technical services division in Pennsauken, New Jersey that offers complete cutting edge technology solutions and services to museum and attraction industry clients worldwide. Along with our core business of digital cinema integration, D3D Cinema also provides industry leading services in the areas of film production, content mastering, on-going technical support and, virtual reality simulation. Since D3D Cinema’s inception in 2009 our company has been steadily growing to include some of the highest quality professionals in the industry. 2017 is poised to be a transformative year in our company’s history and we’re in search of top notch talent to help us continue to grow and succeed. The Field Services Technician will work closely with the Sr. Director, Client Services and Vice President, Technical Services to support D3D Cinema’s growing client base. The Field Services Technician will be responsible for providing clients with technical support including but not limited to: • Remote troubleshooting and diagnostics • Preventative maintenance visits • Emergency maintenance visits • VR installations and events • Site surveys • Product demonstrations • Theater Installations • Product trainings While the key function of the Field Services Technician is to provide superior technical support, it is equally important that this position upholds the high standard of customer service that D3D Cinema customers expect. The Field Service Technician should be able to accurately address technical issues while providing stellar customer service.
