Author Topic: Screwey Sub-Titles on "Finding Nemo" John Lasher Master Film Handler Posts: 493 From: Newark, DE Registered: Aug 2001 posted 03-21-2004 01:49 PM                        I'm watching the fullscreen version of "Finding Nemo" as I type this (expanded, not cropped), at the beginning of the movie there was a subtitle which read "FINDING NEMO". 3 times during the movie there were subtitles in French, one accomanying a line of dialogue, the other two translating different signs. This didn't happen the last time I watched this movie. The subtitles are turned off. I had one of those and got screwy subtitles popping up occasionally through many movies. (Which was priced at $129 at Circuit City, but they knocked it down to $80 because it was the only player on the shelf that could, in theory, do everything that the APEX with the broken remote sensor did (namely, play VCDs and CD-Rs) another thread about that, maybe) This is the only DVD I've ever had this problem with.  |  IP: Logged Nicholas Suchyta Film Handler Posts: 62 From: Washington, DC Registered: Nov 2003 posted 03-23-2004 02:31 AM                     We had the same problem with ours.
