AKA Two Missionaries

Not much of a plot here as usual but that doesn't matter. Hill & Spencer are two somewhat unorthodox Catholic missionaries somewhere in Central America. Needless to say there's lots of gratuitous slapstick fight scenes!

I couldn't help thinking of Jesus and the moneychangers. In church this was always presented in a passive way but looking at Bud Spencer in Two Missionaries it caused me to wonder whther it wasn't somewhat more violent.

The usual Hill/Spencer ingredients are here but in this case the transfer to dvd was appalling if not criminal. There are a few humerous moments but this is not one of their funniest. Worth seeing once. 6/10
