Its interesting that I'll get some emails requesting some prints and then ups will show up with like 10 extra requests for prints I dont even have.

Whats your experience with this new deal? have any lost prints yet?

How do you feel having to give up the hard drive before you actually loose the print?

Deluxe has been making us give up drives for a while now.
Tech seems to be schizo about it-we got a dozen drive request last Thursday and then another fax apolozing for the confusion and saying if we were still playing a feature we didn't have to release the drive.

I think of perhaps once I've had a movie file go bad once it was ingested into the LMS...maybe. My only concern is if we to lose network connectivity from the LMS to a screen we wanted to transfer too, but since all of our transfers of held over titles are done by Tuesday night we'd have plenty of time to get the problem resolved and/or get a new drive.

Bottum line-I'd like to keep the drives but its not a huge deal giving them up either.
