Hi, I am looking for an application that can interweave frames from 2 opposing videos? For sake of description let's call them video 1 & 2 I am hoping to download a gif to explain, (Like Rod sings every picture tells a story) I am also, and it can be separate from the possible interweaving program, a way to speed up to say 120fps or higher. Okay I'm going to try again and upload my gif.

All the best

Do you need to do this only once or again and again with different videos?

What OS and software do you have available?
