I am considering the change over but the large scale investment is too much. Any thoughts about leasing the equipment?

Depends, is it a straight lease, or lease to own.
What are the tax advantages ie lease payments vs interest payments.

If you're first run, maybe you can tag a VPF contract, then you would have a chance of tagging a lease deal.

If not, it's a straight cash purchase, or do a re-fi to use the equitity of your property for equipment purchases...or find an investor to borrow money from for the purchase.

"Buy that which appreciates; lease that which depreciates." Leasing is the only option with the constant obsolescence of D Cin. Louis

Prob why now it seems the norm to lease a new vehicle - things lose so much value in the first three years where you're just making the lease payments on the depreciation...and nothing on principle.

"Boy, that's definitely flushing the toilet once a month for 36 months...!"
