The Doremi Europe Support Portal is now open
The Portal is self-explanatory when you look at it, but we would like to point out some of the main areas/features.
Home page:
Latest News: Technical Bulletins, Notifications or emails that we have sent you. Version Map: From the home page you will get a brief overview of the current supported versions for the Digital Cinema Player. Click on it and you will be taken to a version map, where you can download pkg / release notes, click the link to the DLM ftp site. Products: This is a link to our main Doremi Cinema web site. Get our last presentations: From Downloads you will see a dialogue box (lower left) where you can get PDF presentations of our most recent events. News: News Letter Archive, Technical Bulletins & Doremi Notifications. Downloads: This portal is designed as one place to search for whatever you are looking for i.e. SW and FW, Manuals, DLM, Certificates (link service ftp) and Test Content (link to ftppublic) etc. FAQ’s: This area is still being developed, currently there are limited numbers of FAQs, and new content will be added regularly. Tools / Log analyser: You can upload 24/7 your detailed reports and check that your server is up-to-date and works correctly. After the report has been uploaded, we will run a script over it (approx. 60 seconds) and give you the feedback. This will point you to the direction of the issue that has been found. Contextual information will explain what you need to do or help you try to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, you can create a ticket and copy and paste the output from the log analyser into the case study tab. We welcome your feedback on how we could improve this site
