Any electrician will know that stuff.
You just pit a 2 pole breaker in the panel and you get 208VAC single phase.
For a 23B you need a 40A breaker and #8 wire. The projector is rated on the nameplate at 27A, which is too high a load for a 30A breaker and the wire has to be rated at the breaker trip current.
