Author Topic: DSS100 will not recognize USB sometimes Jonny Ivey Film Handler Posts: 2 From: Greensboro, nc, usa Registered: Aug 2012 posted 03-14-2013 01:08 PM                    For some reason our dss100 show store won't recognize that a USB memory stick is plugged in. The way I have to load licenses is by restarting the show store. Does anyone have a solution for this? It's real inconvenient having to wait for a show to end to restart and then load licenses. I did a hard restart on the dss100 and when it came on it recognized the USB. It seems like it only does it when the projector has been turned off at some point. Like if I were to come in the morning and turn everything on it won't recognize the USB or hard drive slot unless I restart. Kind of a dumb problem to have  |  IP: Logged
