Author Topic: SMPTE Cinema Sound Survey Harold Hallikainen Jedi Master Film Handler Posts: 906 From: Denver, CO, USA Registered: Aug 2009 posted 03-21-2013 12:59 PM                        SMPTE has established a technical committee to review and update standards and recommended practices for cinema sound systems. As part of this process, the committee needs to investigate the procedures and equipment currently used to ensure the optimum sound quality in an auditorium. The committee invites those actively involved in cinema sound system adjustment and quality tests to participate in a survey to gain insight into currently used procedures and equipment.
