Hello everyone,

At the moment we have 2 GDC 2000 TR (with optional 4K support) servers installed in our cinema with two BARCO projectors. We are trying to stream 3D(side by side or over under) content via HDMI input on GDC media block (which is installed inside Barco proj.) to the projector. Is it possible ? Is the HDMI input on the media block version 1.4 ? I noticed that GDC website lists optional equipment for live 3D but I do not really know if I need it because we are not trying to display any live content.

This is an extract from GDC website:

Integrated 3D Live Specifications (Optional)
Video : MPEG 2/MPEG 4
Audio : Dolby Digital (AC-3)* /MPEG 2 audio
3D Demuxing : Side by side/ Third-party
Stream Format : UDP Multicast of MPEG 2 Transport Stream

What caught my attention is the line regarding 3D demuxing with a mention of side by side. Is this what I need ?

Thank you for your help on this matter.
