Dolby has an NA10 configuration tool that installs on a Windows based computer. It installs USB drivers to allow the NA10 to connect to the computer. Use a standard USB printer cable to connect the computer to the NA10 after the software is installed. You will have to get the tool from Dolby Technical Support. The software is pretty straight forward and easy to use.

Any other solution except Dolby? This device is not in warranty and in my country it will take centuries to get something from Dolby.

Tnx mate

It's really not so hard. Dolby has always been helpful to me, at least.
1) email Dolby support (cinemasupport@dolby.com), tell them what you want and why.
2) they will either email you a download link to the NA10 manual and setup software, or get you a login to the support website.

I don't think that can take centuries.

Dolby is somewhat tight on having stuff available elsewhere, it lets them control versions available for one thing. Not as tight as Kinoton, but they don't appreciate side channel access to their service info and software.

Considering the NA10 is long discontinued, it should not be a big deal.

Sorry guys but this was not my case. I asked them few times before for different stuff (thru my private email and company email) but there was no answer at all.

I must find another way to solve this problem.

Have you registered for Dolby Extranet (AKA Dolby Secure)?

I requested access and i try to register but i didn't got anything from Dolby. Last time i tried to register is 12.03.2013 and all i got is email message that says:
"Your Extranet account application has been successfully submitted. We have received your application and will respond to your request as soon as possible."

I think that 7 months is more late then soon but tell me if i'm wrong.
