Posts: 12814 From: Annapolis, MD Registered: Dec 1999 posted 01-01-2014 09:02 AM                     Well Christie wasted no time in making a change for the new year. The CP2210 is no more (but will be supported for at least 10 years from now..which is not hard to believe because...). The new CP2215 has been introduced. The unit looks and acts like the CP2210 but now will accept a larger lamp, 2.3KW...pushing its top luminance range up to potentially 15,000 lumens. It is still based on a .98" chip set and uses the same lenses as the CP2210. http://www.christiedigital.com/en-us/cinema/cinema-products/digital-cinema-projectors/pages/christie-cp2215-dlp-digital-cinema-projector.aspx Check out the weight. The power supply has added considerably to the weight in "English" measure.
