The Communicator software is usually freely available. The my.barco.com login used a username/password; now you use email/password with whatever email you used when you registered at my.barco.com and it should let you in. If not, contact Barco for a new login. The whole layout is completely different and finding support files is super frustrating compared to my.barco.com. I don't recall the exact path to find a projector download but I assure you it's possible to get there. There's a page where you search for the model number and then select "drivers and firmware" tab (close, at least).
