It might help if you describe your problems a bit further, also mention what IMB and server you're using, like (probably) a Doremi ShowVault and IMB.

Hello and thank for the reply.
Were using the doremi showvault & IMB like you said.

the issues we're having are as following:
at first we're having difficulty loading playlists. the loading process is stuck on the buffering stages.

another issue is that after the commercials are done the playlist becomes "stuck" on the first "black" or the first content on the playlist.
nothing helps, reboot - the issue continues - try marriage and usually that solves the problem

and finally during a screening suddenly the playlist jumps to the end. then you cant reload the playlist so usually again marriage and then the issues is gone.

this happened on 3 separate projectors.

some content the mediablock does not like? Do the servers stop working on the same CPL?

no, 3 servers 3 different CPLs both 2D and 3D

the odd thing is that all other projectors are ok at the moment.

I have seen one IMB system go down with these versions. Doremi had us revert it to sw v2.4.4 while the wizards in engineering study the reports. All I've heard is that 2.6.4 includes "improvements" to the DMA function that might be the issue. We have many servers running OK with this setup.
