You got a CP 850 and you don't have access to the software?! Where did you get that device? But still, it's not like the thing doesn't come without software installed. And usually, you refer to your integrator for updates, especially for a device which will quite surely still be covered by warranty. It's something different for, let's say a refurbished CP 650. Still, it's probably not entirely legal to just copy the software from somebody else.
