Hello everyone! I am running DP2000 Christies and I recently had a film change colors. We had our light engines repaired/replaced but a week later half the screen turns green. Is there any way to repair this without getting a tech out here? Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you for your help!

Some additional info might be helpful. Like, what make and model server are you using? And did you get this on different DCPs?

If this occurs shortly after a lightengine repair/replacement, this is a warranty issue. I don't think you can do anything yourself other than hoping for it to disappear or for a tech to reappear.
