Author Topic: 50 supershort playlist Fernando Caldeira Film Handler Posts: 45 From: Lisbon , Portugal Registered: Mar 2010 posted 03-10-2015 09:19 AM                        Sttarting a Animated film festival mainly with short an supershort films. Have about 200 films on each server with playlists that can have 50 films. Average 20 films/playlist. Right now we have about 15 playlists on each server. Doremi DCP2000 Imb Doremi. Do you guys think we will have crashing mashines and some hiccups during playback? Is this unusual usage? Has anyone tried this kind of workload? Once a month my theater runs a similar program where we might have 10 features on a playlist. Not as many as you're using but similar and we've never had any problem.
