For a while I was hopping Dolby would become as open with their own products as Doremi was on their support pages. We regret to inform you that we cannot register you with a Dolby Customer Portal access. This Portal is primarily used by Dolby Authorized Dealers and trained Dolby Cinema installers/integrators. If you require technical assistance with any of the Dolby Cinema products, please contact your preferred Dolby Dealer and/or Installers. I really, really hope they don't take the FTP or doremitechno offline, but I wouldn't be surprised if they do. I fear the day when I will be forced to ask my dealer for every single software update or bulletin. I know most exhibitors need that kind of help anyway, and some have NOC service agreements in place: I respect that, but as a small independent I'd like to keep being able to access my machines under my own responsibility.  |  IP: Logged Steve Guttag We forgot the crackers Gromit!!!
