Power outage should not affect subtitles. So check whether your server or projector is generating the subtitles, generally both can but you pick which to use. If so, that would rule out the wrong version of the DCP having been ingested, and/or not having a KDM for the correct version. This projector is a DP2K, not a DP4K, so that would rule out the well known problem of subtitles in 2K DCPs not rendering in the right place on the screen with a 4K projector, because the wrong PCF file is in use.
