Nope. Do you do subtitles in the projector or the server?

I'm not sure which you want to play... but the only one with captions is "EN_QBP_BR" with English sound and Portuguese subtitles (and HI track).
Power outage should not affect subtitles.
So check whether your server or projector is generating the subtitles, generally both can but you pick which to use. What type of server are you using?

I'm guessing that the language barrier could be making it difficult for Joao to describe the precise symptom, but if I understand him correctly, his DCP was playing correctly, with subtitles as desired, then something happened, and now the subtitles are gone. If so, that would rule out the wrong version of the DCP having been ingested, and/or not having a KDM for the correct version.

This projector is a DP2K, not a DP4K, so that would rule out the well known problem of subtitles in 2K DCPs not rendering in the right place on the screen with a 4K projector, because the wrong PCF file is in use.

Without a more detailed description of the event that appears to have caused the subtitles to stop working, I can't really make a sensible guess as to what could be going on here.
