How does everyone deal with this? Do you have them as dedicated amp input modules, or do you set them in the CP or digital crossover?

How was that dealt with in analog times, e.g. did the CP65/DA20 output such frequencies at all, or where they limited in the Dolby mastering schemes as a preventive measure?

Me, personally, I typically use the SF-3 on QSC DCA amps to bandpass the signal based on the subwoofer's capability. Alternately, if I have a suitable DSP in the system, then I'll use the DSP to properly bandpass the signal and apply whatever alignment is necessary (e.g B6).
