Multiple times I have come in to find the emitter panel defaulted to the factory network settings. This has happened in 2 out of the 4 screens. I reset it, reboot it and it's fine for a day or 5. Very old units? Very old units would sometimes falsely detect the restore button being down on power up. You might also try loading the latest firmware available at http://ftp.uslinc.com/?dir=ftp/Products/IRC-28/Software/Firmware/beta . Use version 171024. If problems persist, contact QSC. Thanks! Since this is a recent unit, it should not be suffering from false restore. It is interesting that it is only the IP address, but the restore is SUPPOSED to let you find a lost unit.
