I am looking for a couple of Dolby items:

Firstly, a Cat. 134 link card. This is the card that is used in the MPU-1 if a Cat. 93 12 kHz. surround channel switch card is not installed.

Secondly, a SA-4 surround adapter, this was the box that was used to hold a Cat. 150 matrix decoder card, it was originally designed for use with the CP-100. I am looking for one with, or without, a CAT. 150 installed.
