I've got a 1999 model GILES 3 Phase Deep Fat fryer with an Integrated Exhaust Hood and filter system and a self-contained Ansul fire suppression system for sale. The unit also has a self-contained oil filter system and pump in the base.

It was made to go into a place that does not have it's own exhaust hood. The unit was bought new in 1999 by a college food service company and was removed from service in April of 2000. I've had it stored in shrink wrap plastic since May of 2000, and now need to find it a new home.

No delivery available. Must pick up from Nashville, Tennessee.
