For sale is a Strong SSV-3000 Automation System, i only have for sale the 19" Wall mount equipment unit, no termination board and cables, in very good condition , ask $ 385 plus shipping.
i take this information from the Strong website:
SSV-3000 …is a unique CineNet™ Automation System designed for Special Venue Theatre Installations. The system can interface to SMPTE and other Time Code sources, providing total show control capabilities. All the other advantages of the CineNet™ Systems apply, including the use of other CNA Network Compatible Devices available now and in the future.
CineNet™ HOST SOFTWARE & PC INTERFACE
CineNet™ Host Software provides access for a standard Personal Computer to CineNet Systems on the LSN Network via an Interface Card and cables. A "Host PC" can reside permanently on the LSN to allow programming, data and event logging, and diagnostic information from all systems on the network. The Host software will also provide a method of recording maintenance and repair histories for projection systems in the theatre complex. A "Guest PC" can also join the Network for programming and other functions if the permanent Host is not utilized. The Guest can access the LSN from the front panel of any CNA Automation Controller.
CineNet™ Software can now be upgraded without replacing Integrated Circuits that contain the Program. Using HOST Software and a Host or Guest computer, software can be upgraded almost instantly. Refer to Strong’s Product Bulletins for further information.
The CineNet™ System will also provide for advanced features, such as remote access to the theatres' LSN via modem in the Host PC for programming, diagnostics, software upgrades and other enhancements. These features can also be accessed via the Host or Guest PC locally.
