Yup you got it right, I am giving serious thought to removing the theater seats in my screening room in favor of couches and recliners. There are 39 total and are every bit as perfect as the day they were installed. These seats have the distinction of having people such as Joe Redifer, Jennifer Pan, Bobby Henderson, Josh Jones, Dan Lyons and even his Cootness' butt sit on them! The chair Joe sat in may actually still smell. (Just kidding)

If you have a use for 39 seats, shoot me an email. (Sorry, Mr. Guttag has yet to sit in one. I'm aware that will substantially lower the value.)
