Was serviced by Sanyo in 2010. Low hours on installed lamp. Includes Power cord, remote, and HDMI-DVI adapter. I couldn't locate the lens part number or focal length... I believe the lens is one for short throw to normal small room throws. I have a new spare lamp that had a broken mounting screw, will include it if I can find it...lots of things packed up still from my move. I may ship it separately to avoid damaging it. Shipping weight will be around 25-30 lbs and box will be on the large side. Shipping is extra and insurance is mandatory. $350 plus shipping.
