Hare Perspecta Sound Decoder
Hare was a high end electronics manufacturer, mostly know for their professional broadcast industry equipment. Additionally, they custom built equipment for the Cinerama Corporation.
For Sale, one Hare Perspecta Sound Decoder, new old stock, never used, still in it's original shipping boxes from 1955 when it was shipped from the Cinerama headquarters in Long Island to the Stanley Warner Theatres regional office in Camden NJ.
The unit was re-capped and calibrated around 10 years ago, then placed back in it's boxes and never used again. Although it worked fine at that time, I can not confirm it is still in working condition. I have no way to test it.
I have been told that the Hare Perspecta Decoders were almost identical in design to the Fairchild units, but with better components.
Contact me with any questions.
$400. Firm. Local Pickup Only in Northern NJ, I will not ship it.
