Universal
TES depot
Scope
SRD/DTS/SDDS
Fuji film stock/Deluxe Hollywood lab
5 reels

Cannot remember attached trailer. Nothing loose. Screener print.

WARNING: Reel 1 ends with a cut to black, and then another dozen or so frames. Do not cut on the last frame of picture! Cut on the last frame of full black before the trademark Deluxe frameline blips show up. Likewise, reel 2 starts with a fade in from black and should be cut on the first good frame of black after the blips.

They're including a letter regarding not cutting off the 1 foot 4 frames off the end of R1. R2 opens with a fade-in but there is no warning about that. Though I run reel to reel (screening room) I've decided to build R1 + R2 so that precisely the correct amount of black is shown. The doubled up reel fits very nicely on a 3000' split.

Is the film marked as being EX?

I have a press kit with the credits printed out in it and it has the Dolby Digital Surround EX symbol.

More info from a final release print.

Nowhere in any of the attached paperwork or leaders is EX noted. Maybe? Maybe not? Who knows.

Attached: Undercover Brother

Loose: Bourne Identity, Reign of Fire, Eight Legged Freaks, Mr. Deeds

Be sure to check out the indcredibly lame notice about not cutting off the black between reel 1 and 2. "On behalf of THE ROCK..." Ugh.

Could it have just been that you got a used print?
