Attached Trailer - Possession (printed on, not spliced)
Note, the changeover cue on all reels begins at 28 frames. Unless I'm mistaken, this is 8 frames too many. The motor start cues are also placed too far in advance - but I did not check how inaccurate they are.
Reel 1 - Just over half full - Obvious cuts
Reel 2 - Just less than half full - Obvious cuts
Reel 3 - Full reel. Obvious cut at head...
Note that at the end of the reel there is a "fake tail out" meaning the reel is supposed to look like it 'tails out' in the projector. However you'll notice the changeover cue appears just before what would be 28 frames of white leader with no frame lines. I suggest cutting just after the last change-over cue dot.
Reel 4 - Full reel. This reel begins with a "fake head" meaning it's supposed to look like we're watching the head of the next reel. Notice there are two yellowish frames, followed by some greyish frames with writing then a fade in from black. I suggest cutting at the first obvious frame - the yellowish one. This is not an exact sound match and will be off by two frames. I did notice that the sound on this reel is off by app. half a frame from the previous reel.
Reel 5 - Full reel, obvious cuts
Reel 6 - Just slightly over half full - obvious head cut. Tail cut is in credits...but it is obvious. I did not notice reel change cues.
Reel 7 - Less than half full - Obviously cut where the credits continue. There is a running picture/sound of Dustin Hoffman portraying Robert Evans under the credits from reel six to seven. Why they chose to cut the credits in the middle of this I'll never know.
GOOD LUCK!
