edit: I seem to remember that the tail of 2 also faded to black. I could be mistaken, but I'm sure there is one more than listed below.

T-4 fades to black, H-5 fades in with credits. Do not leave a reference frame on either one or you will compromise sound!

Be carefull with that 4--->5 reel change. I just watched the film and the projectionist had left way too much on either the foot of 4 or the head of 5, since about a second or two of sound was repeated.
