Does anyone know the sound format? Specifically, how many channels? Thanks.

The last print I ran of this about a year and a half ago
was pretty new, but not "restored" so it had a straight
mono, (1 channel) non-dolbyized sound track.

It also had a conventional black dye (not cyan) optical track.

There may be newer & different prints circulating now.
